Support Assistant

Role Summary

Looking for a start in a support role, in IT? This might be a good opportunity for you to join a company that provides eCommerce solutions for global industry leaders.

In this role you will be assisting business teams with maintaining product information and preparing the necessary data for different campaigns. You will offer support to collect product data, validate its accuracy, make the necessary adjustments in line with different requirements, and ensure content readiness for distribution. This is why we are looking for a person who pays attention to details, who has good communication skills, and is focused on customer needs.

You will be learning to work with PIM and DAM applications to make the best use of their functionalities for your daily tasks, and also to provide support for business users. The support includes analysing the customers’ requests and issues that might occur in the utilisation of the solutions that we provide.

In your work, you will collaborate with development teams who will assist with handling technical issues and developing application enhancements in order to offer the best solutions and to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

Skills and Requirements

What do we expect

  • Good communication skills, with medium to advanced level of written and spoken English
  • Good attention to details and experience with handling multiple documents and sources of information
  • Good experience with MS Office tools – Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good understanding of support processes and application workflows
  • Hands-on experience with data / information management is a plus


It would be nice to have

  • Interest in applications’ setup and their functionality
  • Good understanding of common Windows applications and file formats (MS Office, HTML, XML)
  • Be open to work in a team and contribute to shared tasks
  • Be open to balance the day to day work between different projects and requests
  • Be open to contribute to knowledge sharing sessions and trainings
  • Perform ad-hoc responsibilities to support internal initiatives


We are looking for a dynamic and flexible person with experience in support or administrative roles, that can be applied to enterprise work processes.

We appreciate people with great communication skills, who have a medium to advanced level of written and spoken English, pay attention to details and are customer oriented.
