Level 2 Support Engineer For SAP TRM

Role Summary

In this role you will be responsible for providing a high-quality, active support to our client’s SAP applications (SAP TRM – Treasury and Risk Management), and to our customers or partners, by handling and solving incidents and problems that might occur in the utilization of the platforms.

You will collaborate with different client teams for handling complex technical issues and continuous integration and application improvement in order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through individual case work.

We expect from this role to offer guidance to the business on how to best use the systems.

What do We expect

  • Assist SAP users with queries and incidents
  • Basic SAP know-how, but experience with the SAP applications (financial) is desirable if possible
  • Rather looking for people who can dig deep into a topic (experts)
  • Advanced level of writing and reading professional/business/technic German and English.
  • Experience in one more of the roles:
    • Level 2 support engineer
    • Technical Engineer
    • SAP support engineer

It would be nice to have

  • Experience with SAP Treasury and Risk Management, SAP ERP
  • Understanding and rough technical background of some of the following standard transactions (SE16, SE37, SE61, SE91, SM12, SM21, SM50, SM66, SMQ1, SMQ2, AL11, PFCG, SLG0, SNRO, SQVI, STMS, SU01, SUIM)
  • Be open to contribute to projects
  • Drive or contribute to knowledge base in the area of expertise
  • Drive or contribute to proactive proliferation of knowledge created externally and internally
  • Deliver standard application/technology trainings and workshops


We are looking for a dynamic and flexible person with functional and / or technical background that can be applied to enterprise applications.

We appreciate people who have excellent communication skills, good German skills, a strong know-how in time management and prioritization, good investigation and analysis skills.
