Legal counsel

We are looking for a partner to join the legal team and provide legal advice and guidance to our company.

As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company complies with the relevant laws and regulations, drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts, maintain and update records regarding the company’s suppliers and handling any legal issues or disputes that may arise.

  • Assist the direct manager in monitoring and ensuring compliance with the applicable laws and regulations, and the company’s internal policies and procedures.
  • Research and analyze the legal implications and risks of the company’s business decisions and operations.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts (such as agreements, addendums, work of order, policies, etc.) to protect the company’s legal rights and interests.
  • Assist in researching and analyzing legal issues and risks related to the company’s business decisions and operations.
  • Organizes and keeps up to date the company records and the archive.
  • Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with the applicable laws and regulations, and the company’s internal policies and procedures.
  • Communicate and coordinate the internal stakeholders and the suppliers to maintain and update records of supplier information, contracts, and orders.
  • Support the direct manager and the internal stakeholders in the performance and compliance process of suppliers and vendors.


  • Education: Graduate of higher education, Bachelor of Law
  • Foreign languages: Knowledge of English language minimum level B2
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (Legal counsel, contracts specialist, supplier specialist)
  • Knowledge in the field of civil law – contracts, corporate law, labor law and commercial law
  • Strong organizing, analytical thinking, and attention to detail skills
  • The ability to analyze the legal implications of various issues and advise the internal stakeholders and executive management on this, together with the direct manager.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
