Junior Digital Analyst

The Junior Digital Analyst at jpard is an entry-level role designed for individuals eager to kickstart their career in digital analytics. You will assist in the collection, maintenance, and analysis of data, contributing to client reporting and strategy development. Under the mentorship of more experienced analysts, you will learn to harness data in driving client success.

• Assist in managing and maintaining data sources for accurate client analysis.
• Support the creation of tracking strategies and the implementation of web analytics tools.
• Help in generating reports and dashboards based on client needs and objectives.
• Contribute to the team’s efforts in providing actionable insights and strategies based on data analysis.
• Eager to learn and assist in the setup and management of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, including tag implementation, basic event tracking, ecommerce tracking, data layer configuration, troubleshooting and debugging, and reporting support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
• A keen interest in analytics, with a strong desire to develop analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Basic understanding of Excel and a willingness to develop advanced skills.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with paid social, social listening, paid search, and marketing automation is advantageous.
• An eagerness to learn about digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Able to take responsibility and ownership for managing and reporting your own area, including analysis and requirements engineering and effective communication.
• The ability to adapt to new environments and projects.
• The capacity for autonomous learning and personal growth.
• Proficiency in English both in writing and verbally.
