HR Business Partner

Role Summary

  • Collaborate with the management team to identify needs regarding challenges posed by people management, their development needs, and motivation.
  • Contribute to the company’s strategic projects to improve agility and scalability.
  • Define and implement HR processes and policies in line with the company’s objectives, the IT industry, and legislative regulations.
  • Act as a coach or consultant for colleagues and managers.
  • Ensure the retention of differentiating factors in the organization.
  • Strengthen the company’s organizational culture by cascading values into all people management practices.
  • Design and implement a unified employee experience at the organizational level to maintain a focus on people regardless of the organization’s growth.

What do we expect

  • Bachelor’s Degree the Human Resources/Psychology field is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HRBP roles.
  • Relevant experience in IT-profiled companies.
  • Ability to adapt quickly.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with people at all hierarchical levels.
  • Passion for creating solutions in the people & culture sphere, tailored to the organization’s needs.
  • Ability to learn quickly and maintain curiosity for everything new in its field of activity.
